WWE has struck deals with several cities and countries over the last few years, often opting for the highest bidder when it comes to events such as WrestleMania, with the promotion returning to Las Vegas, Nevada two years in a row and heading to Saudi Arabia in 2027 for the marquee event. The latest city to strike a partnership with WWE is Perth, Australia.

Per WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE has committed to a three year partnership with Perth, with PLE weekends on the cards for the city for each of the next three years. This comes after the announcement that Wrestlepalooza 2026 will take place in the city in December.

It is noted that one of these PLE weekends may be reserved for a marquee show such as one of WWE’s big four events in Survivor Series or Royal Rumble. 2028 was spotlighted as being the likeliest year for one of these huge shows to take place over in Australia.

Over the past several years, Perth has played host to shows such as Elimination Chamber and Crown Jewel, proving to be a popular destination for WWE.
