WWE Worlds Collide To Have 8 PM Start Time To Go Head-To-Head With AEW All Out

WWE pay-per-views have often taken place around 6 pm ET/11 pm BST or 7 pm ET/12 am BST in 2026 but the upcoming WWE/AAA/NXT Worlds Collide event is set to have a later start time of 8 pm ET/1 am BST.

The reason for the later start time is because of competition, too, with WrestleVotes on Fightful Select reporting that 8 pm ET has been chosen by WWE with the intention of directly competing with AEW All Out, which is also due to begin at 8 pm. Both events will be taking place in the Chicago area on Saturday, September 26, with WWE Worlds Collide set to emanate from Allstate Arena, while AEW All Out will be held at NOW Arena. Former AEW World Champion and current WWE Champion CM Punk has been announced for Worlds Collide in a Straight Edge Society mask.

WWE have often counter-programmed AEW pay-per-views in recent years, including as recently as August 30 when AAA Ola de Calor and NXT Heatwave were held in Edinburg, Texas, at the same time as AEW All In from Wembley Stadium in London, England. AEW CEO Tony Khan has often taken the WWE strategy as a compliment.

After Worlds Collide, WrestleVotes has noted that WWE will return to earlier start times for their pay-per-views. The current start times for WWE pay-per-views through to the end of 2026 are as follows:

• Money in the Bank - October 10 - 6 pm ET/11 pm BST
• Crown Jewel - November 7 - 1 pm ET/6 pm GMT
• Survivor Series - November 28 - 6 pm ET/11 pm GMT
• Wrestlepalooza - December 12 - 6 am ET/11 am GMT
