WWE and Disney already work together but the two sides could be set to expand their relationship.
WrestleVotes on Fightful Select has reported that WWE and Disney have held talks over WWE events taking place at Disney properties in Orlando, Florida, with one idea being to utilise the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at the Walt Disney World Resort due to the complex's 9,500-seat arena. The space could be used for WWE events and potential fan experiences, with WWE having already considered concepts similar to ESPN Fan House.
Furthermore, a source speculated a WWE-themed Disney cruise could make business sense in the future, while WWE wrestlers are expected to begin appearing on Disney+ programming over the next year.
It was revealed this week by TKO President Mark Shapiro that WWE and Disney have held talks about "some special events."
The two companies are already tied together through ESPN, with WWE's pay-per-views airing on ESPN Unlimited in the United States as part of a five-year deal worth $1.6 billion that began in September 2025. This has seen WWE be regularly featured across ESPN stations, something which has drawn criticism from non-WWE fans tuning into the network.
