Keith Lee with the peace sign and Darius J. Wright

Keith Lee - who remains listed as an active wrestler on the AEW roster page as of September 11 - has made his first social media post in almost a year to endorse a self-proclaimed “consciousness explorer” who believes the Egyptian pyramids were created using “laser technology.”

Taking to social media, Lee posted on the evening of Thursday, September 10, a photo of himself sitting alongside Darius J. Wright which included a link to Wright’s website. How close Keith Lee’s connections are to Darius J. Wright beyond what appears to be an endorsement is unknown.

Wright has described himself as a “consciousness explorer known for fully conscious out of body experiences and direct investigation of non physical reality.” Wright established The Great Work school in 2023 with the aim of teaching people how to "awaken your dormant abilities" and access what he has described as the other side.

Wright’s school purports to host in-person events so he can guide individuals to achieve an out-of-body experience, awaken dormant abilities, and access higher states of consciousness. To achieve admittance into the private space of The Great Work school and begin “AYDA” learning, a voluntary contribution of either $300 or $500 is encouraged.

An out-of-body experience is a phenomenon where a person perceives the world or sees their own physical body from another location. Wright’s beliefs share similarities with Abrahamic religions, but his beliefs diverge into several conspiracy theories, including a belief that the Egyptian pyramids were created by “laser technology” and underneath the pyramids is an access point to the Halls of Amenti.

"Right now every single soul has access to the all-knowing of everything. So, every single one of us is connected to that. You could say God, or source, or whatever is the internet of information and all of us individually can tap into that information of everything. To give you an example, do you know the recent findings with the pyramids? Years ago, even before this was discovered, I was coming out of my body and one of the things I was presented with was the pyramids and accessing the Halls of Amenti down," Wright said on the Roseanne Barr podcast.

The pyramids, according to Wright, are aligned with stars to act as portals for heavenly beings to travel to Earth, while the pyramids also allow people to teleport themselves across the planet, which he believes was covered up in the Mud Flood.

"The pyramids are not made by hand tools. They are made by very intelligent, you could say, laser technology, to craft this. The design of it, the reason why they were aligned to stars, or the stars that they’re aligned to is, is because stars within this creation that we’re in acts as portals and that’s why they say the stars are the angels. They were able to come down through the pyramids through different portals from their kingdoms down into this earthly heaven foundation that we’re at now. They were also used as an energy grid but they were also used as transportation and a store of information. This may seem far out there for some people but they were using this as well to also teleport themselves from, let's just say, America to China to all around this place," Wright added.

The Halls of Amenti

The Halls of Amenti are rooted in ancient Egyptian tradition, with Amenti being seen as a hidden land to the west where the sun sets. This was said to be where souls would travel after death to meet Imentet, a goddess charged with caring for the newly dead. Souls would then advance to face trials and tests to determine a soul's worthiness of entry into the afterlife.

In general esotericism, The Halls Of Amenti are seen as being:

  • The inner temple of the Earth, where the flame of eternal life is housed, protected by guardians.
  • An immense, crystalline structure full of chambers, surrounded by pillars of light, constructed from living light and sacred geometry.
  • Accessible only through deep soul travelling, near-death experiences or advanced initiation
  • Existing outside of linear time and space.
  • All hidden knowledge is there, like the wisdom of Atlantis, Lemuria, ancient Egypt and pre-human ages, the blueprint of divine creation, sacred unspoken laws, and the galactic timeline.
  • A realm in which souls are trained on the path of ascension and eternal life, mastery of the soul, time travel, and dimensional navigation.
  • A realm in which light can heal you and karma can be resolved, DNA can be repaired, the body energy can be purified.
  • Specially encoded light is released periodically to advance human evolution.

The conspiracy theory behind the Halls of Amenti emerged in the 1930s through The Emerald Tablets of Thoth The Atlantean by Maurice Doreal. In that book, the halls are described as being a vast underground interdimensional realm that exists outside of space and time unaffected by physical decay, with the Halls of Amenti being built by cosmic beings beyond human comprehension.

According to Doreal, the halls house a sacred ancient energy technology known as the Flower of Life which helps guide the evolution of the human race. The halls are watched over by seven lords from ‘higher space times’. These lords are all knowing and silent guardians that draw the life force and steer the spiritual pathway of humanity.

In this setting, the halls are connected to the Great Pyramid of Giza and there are ties to the destruction of Atlantis and the supposed ‘sacred knowledge’ that was housed there.

The Mud Flood

The conspiracy theory of the Mud Flood is rooted in the conspiracy theory of the Tartarian Empire, which is the belief that a lost civilisation with advanced technology and culture beyond humanity’s current means was wiped out by a great mud flood, burying much of the evidence of the civilisation’s existence.

Proponents of this conspiracy theory point to similarities in architecture across continents, doors and windows of buildings being discovered below ground level, and images from the turn of the 20th century which feature few to no people and muddy streets that also include ornate architectural buildings and structures protruding from the mud.

The 12 Realms

Beyond this, Wright also believes the universe is composed of 12 realms stacked on top of one another, with the first realm being Earth and the second realm including extraterrestrial beings. Another of the realms is the Garden of Eden, and Wright claimed on Michael Sandler's Inspire Nation that he has seen the Tree of Life.

In an alleged visit to the realm of Eden on June 17, 2024, Wright claimed to have been told that heavenly beings are on Earth and the original angels are in stasis in Antarctica.

"June 17 of this year I actually went back into that space of Eden. This is also where I was told there’s more involved here than what you think. We’re all here. You could say the army of Heaven. All of the beings are actually here now. This is where you go into where I was accessing certain things even here beyond the ice wall and Antarctica and stuff like that. Seeing that a lot of the original bodies were still in stasis. The original angels were still in stasis. Like I was actually seeing that… In Antarctica you have all of these bases, all of these you could say lost civilisations, and part of the original bodies and stuff, they have put that original body in stasis and projected their soul into a physical form, the human form. That’s what I was being told in detail. The army of Heaven is here, essentially," Wright said.

According to Wright, he has learnt all of this because he was able to have an out-of-body experience and came into contact with an entity named Celeste when he was 16 years old, which also provided him with the ability to travel through time through these experiences.

"I had an experience with a being called Celeste. I didn't know how to articulate that experience at the time because it was the near-death experience. The one near-death experience where I access all this information and I could just tell you the feeling. I felt unconditional love. This being called Celeste was showing me everything from the first creation, my name, my soul name, how important I was, how important we all are. Showing me time, how time are like these thin layers of glass. You could actually fast forward and go back into time because everything’s recorded and this was part of the universal records of everything is known to all beings on the other side," he said on Inspire Nation.

The Firmament

Wright also believes in another conspiracy theory of the Firmament and he considers the Milky Way to be a crack in the Firmament.

The Firmament is more modernly aligned with flat earth theorists, who believe that the flat or domed Earth is enclosed within a bubble. Opinions differ amongst believers about whether this is a hard material barrier, a spiritual barrier, or something else entirely. The firmament is mentioned in some religious texts and features in many ancient beliefs, usually as a solid canopy that extends over the earth.

The Sun

As part of his belief in the 12 realms, Darius J. Wright noted on Inspire Nation that he doesn't believe the sun physically exists and the Earth instead receives light from "multidimensional aspects" shining through.

"The sun as well, because the sun is not really a physical thing. The sun is actually coming from; you’re getting light through the sun due to all the multidimensional aspects that’s shining through," Wright said.

The Sun, the star located at the centre of the Solar System, is a massive sphere of plasma heated by nuclear fusion reactions at its core. This energy radiates out from the Sun's surface primarily as visible light and infrared radiation.

Keith Lee's Pro Wrestling Career

Keith Lee’s endorsement of Darius J. Wright comes at a time when he is believed to have retired from professional wrestling, while his marriage with WWE’s Mia Yim collapsed in recent years, with Yim revealing in July of 2026 that the couple had divorced

Keith Lee has not appeared on AEW programming since December 2023 as he required a double surgery, which he underwent in early 2024. In the summer of 2025, Lee indicated he was healthy once again and he had been “good for quite some time” but a return was not up to him.

It emerged in June 2026 that Lee had been discussed within AEW for a return several months earlier which did not happen, with reports in July revealing the belief within the industry was Keith Lee had retired from pro wrestling.
