It’s official - Alex Windsor is All Elite! Following her match yesterday at Pro Wrestling Evolve where she came up short in a match against Syuri for the IWGP Women’s Championship, long-time member of the independent scene Alex Windsor made the announcement that she had wrestled her last match on the indies for a very long time… because she had officially signed with AEW. Windsor stated that she was ready to graft and work hard to prove she can hang ‘where the best wrestle’.

The 31 year old Brit is no stranger to Tony Khan’s promotions, competing recently at the ROH Global Wars show in Australia, coming up short against ROH Women’s World Champion Athena during AEW’s visit down under. Windsor also wrestled twice in AEW back in 2024 on episodes of Rampage (losing out to Toni Storm in singles action and in a tag team match involving Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale & Anna Jay) and on the Jericho Cruise, coming up short there too.

Windsor is in a relationship with AEW wrestler Will Ospreay, and is often referenced by Ospreay during his promos on TV. This week has been a busy time for reports of comings and goings in AEW - Bear Bronson’s deal was being allowed to expire by the company, Cora Jade revealed she’d be open to signing with AEW, and the returns of Kamille and Wardlow were reportedly not happening any time soon due to working on outside TV projects.
