Mike Santana is officially done with TNA Wrestling following Sunday's Slammiversary pay-per-view.

PWInsider has reported that due to Santana's deal expiring in the coming days, the 35-year-old has finished up with the company and he won't be appearing at the post-Slammiversary IMPACT tapings scheduled for July 1 and July 2 in Albany, New York. This ultimately means the final match of Santana's second TNA run saw him drop the TNA World Championship to Nic Nemeth in the main event of Slammiversary.

All signs point to Mike Santana now joining WWE. It was reported in early June that the belief within WWE was Santana would be leaving TNA when his deal expired and heading to WWE, with the company reportedly looking to have Santana on the main roster by the end of 2026.

WWE's interest in Santana is longstanding, dating back to his appearances on NXT as part of the WWE-TNA working relationship in the summer of 2025.

Santana began his second run with TNA upon his return at Rebellion 2024. He ends his second stint as a two-time TNA World Champion, while he became a four-time TNA World Tag Team Champion during his first run with the company as part of LAX with Ortiz.
