WWE Chief Content Officer Paul "Triple H" Levesque has officially announced that the company will hold the Clash in Italy pay-per-view later this year. It will be WWE's first-ever pay-per-view in the country.

WWE Clash in Italy will emanate from Turin's Inalpi Arena on Sunday, May 31. Tickets for Clash in Italy go on sale on March 13 following a presale on March 11.

Inalpi Arena (AKA Palasport Olimpico) is the largest indoor arena in Italy and has a capacity of around 15,000. WWE President Nick Khan noted in September 2025 that WWE would be holding a major event in Italy in 2026, but exact details of the show were not revealed at the time.

WWE have held several Clash pay-per-views in Europe since Clash at the Castle in 2022 in Cardiff, Wales. This includes another edition of Clash at the Castle in 2024 and Clash in Paris in 2025.

WWE held a SmackDown taping in Bologna, Italy in March 2025. A famous moment from an Italy episode of Monday Night Raw in 2007 was the Milan Miracle in which Santino Marella debuted from the crowd and defeated Umaga to win the Intercontinental Championship.
