TNA Talents Pushing For Signing Of Former MLW Wrestler

Several TNA wrestlers are pushing for the promotion to sign a former star of Major League Wrestling.

The Takedown on SI has reported that Richard Holliday has been frequently mentioned within the TNA locker room as of late, and several talents have been outright pushing to management for him to be signed. There was a pitch within TNA for Holliday to be revealed as Mr. Elegance of the Elegance Brand, but AJZ was given that role on the TNA Thursday Night IMPACT premiere on AMC.

Richard Holliday has been wrestling since 2015 and he was part of MLW across multiple runs from 2018 until 2024. He was a top star in MLW as part of The Dynasty with MJF and Alexander Hammerstone. Holliday didn't wrestle between June 2022 and June 2023 due to being diagnosed with Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

Holliday worked a WWE tryout in 2023, but the company ultimately didn't sign the now-33-year-old. Holliday also appeared on AEW TV in November 2024, working a squash tag team match alongside Alec Price against RUSH and Dralistico. The match ended with heat on La Faccion Ingobernable after Dralistico stomped on Holliday after the contest while he was being checked on by AEW's medical team.

In 2025, Holliday wrestled across the independent wrestling scene for the likes of GCW, Awesome Championship Wrestling, WrestlePro, Maple Leaf Wrestling, RevPro, and NORTH.
