The Good Brothers returned to the ring this past weekend, as their 90-day non-compete (following their February 2025 WWE release) expired.

Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson teamed up with The Young Bucks to defeat Bullet Club War Dogs (Gabe Kidd, David Finlay, Clark Connors & Gedo) at the New Japan Pro-Wrestling Resurgence pay-per-view on Friday, before going to a double countout with Finlay & Drilla Moloney at Maple Leaf Pro's pay-per-view the next night.

During a recent interview with Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp, Gallows and Anderson were asked if they would be interested in returning to either TNA or AEW, to which The Machine Gun replied simply 'Yes'.

Elaborating further, Gallows added:

"Yeah, we're an open book, and we have good relationships in both places. We wanted to be in New Japan first. We wanted to come here and do that. The book is open. Like we've told you many times in many years, there are a lot of conversations going on behind closed doors. We'll see where it goes".

Though the Good Brothers were never signed to Tony Khan's promotion, they wrestled for AEW throughout 2021 due to the company's working relationship with TNA/IMPACT.
