SPOILER On TNA Title Change At April 15 IMPACT Taping

A title change is scheduled to occur on the May 7 edition of TNA Thursday Night IMPACT, with the title switch being taped on Wednesday, April 15 from the Upstate Medical University Arena in Syracuse, New York.

TNA taped four episodes of IMPACT from Syracuse on April 14 and April 15. On the final episode of the tapings, Lei Ying Lee defeated Arianna Grace to regain the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

The win will begin Lei Ying Lee's second reign with the belt. She was previously TNA Knockouts World Champion across an 87-day reign between November 2025 and February 2026 until Lee dropped the belt to Arianna Grace at TNA No Surrender. Lee had looked to regain the championship from the WWE NXT wrestler since then, which included an unsuccessful challenge of Grace at the TNA Rebellion pay-per-view.

Lei Ying Lee has been a part of TNA Wrestling since September 2024, having signed with the company just months after her WWE release. Lee re-signed with TNA in August of 2025.

Other matches taped for May 7 include EC3 vs. Eric Young in a No DQ match, Bear Bronson & Brian Myers vs. Nic Nemeth & KC Navarro for the TNA World Tag Team Titles, and Leon Slater & Moose vs. Eddie Edwards & Cedric Alexander.
