ROH Death Before Dishonor Moves Dates

ROH Death Before Dishonor 2025 was originally set to take place the week of AEW All In Texas 2025, but ultimately made way for the Supercard Of Honor PPV event. It was moved to September 5, scheduled to be held in the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia. However, another change has now been made. 

As announced during AEW’s episode of Collision last night, ROH Death Before Dishonor has now been brought forward, being held on Friday August 29, a week sooner than it was initially scheduled. There was no reason given for this change, and as of yet no reason has been revealed in reports. AEW will be holding a residency in Philadelphia during this period between August 27 and September 11, with several episodes of both Dynamite and Collision being held, in addition to ROH Death Before Dishonor. 

In the face of it being reported that WWE were planning to counter-program AEW more regularly, it was announced earlier this month that NXT would be holding an event in Philadelphia just a week before AEW’s residency at the former ECW Arena begins.
