Former WWE and TNA talent Trenesha Biggers - FKA Rhaka Khan - was arraigned on Monday, July 28 and she has pleaded not guilty to all charges following her arrest on Saturday, July 26.
PWInsider has reported that Biggers has been assigned a public defender and her next court hearing is scheduled for Monday, August 4. She is currently remanded in custody on Rikers Island.
Biggers was arrested in New York City on July 26 and was escorted out of her former Midtown apartment after she remained on the premises without permission, which was in violation of an order of eviction that had previously been served to her. Two cases have been listed against Biggers due to her arrest.
In the first case, Biggers has been charged with a misdemeanour of second-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal trespass, and trespass.
Charges of fourth-degree criminal mischief, criminal mischief of property damage greater than $250, third-degree criminal trespass, trespass, and a misdemeanour of second-degree criminal trespass were made against Biggers in the second case.
After beginning her pro wrestling career as part of the WWE Diva Search in 2005, Biggers signed with the company on a developmental deal, but she was released in May 2006 after spending time in Deep South Wrestling. Biggers then performed for TNA as Rhaka Khan from 2008 until October 2009, and she finished up with pro wrestling in 2011 after a stint in Lucha Libre USA.
