It was reported over the last couple of days that Isiah Kassidy and Marq Quen of Private Party could potentially be on their way out of AEW after six years of being in the company due to news emerging that their AEW deals were expiring in the very near future. The former AEW World Tag Team Champions haven’t appeared on AEW programming since January, with no updates on their status or whereabouts.

Fightful Select have provided some potential news about their future. It is revealed that as of this month and as news of Private Party’s contracts expiring was revealed, WWE have shown preliminary interest in the pairing. There are no details as of yet about whether or not AEW will reach out to negotiate a new deal with the team, or whether WWE will end up approaching them any time soon.

WWE have acquired several talents from AEW in 2025, the most recent being Mariah May (renamed to Blake Monroe). This follows the arrival of other former AEW names such as Rey Fenix, Penta, Ricky Saints, Aleister Black and Rusev.
