Private Party may not become free agents at the same time, should they end up leaving All Elite Wrestling.

It emerged earlier this year that Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy's contracts with AEW were due to expire soon. The tag team are still a part of the AEW roster, and Fightful Select has reported Quen and Zay are still under contract to the promotion. It was implied to the outlet that the two wrestlers have contracts that don't expire around the same time, though, possibly due to injury time.

Private Party are AEW originals, but they haven't appeared on AEW programming since they dropped the tag team titles to the Hurt Syndicate in January 2025. Kassidy and Quen have bulked up during their time away from TV, and Fightful noted the new physique could be attributed to the Hurt Syndicate as MVP and co. advised Private Party to spend more time in the gym to improve their careers. The Hurt Syndicate have reportedly been very helpful to Quen and Kassidy.

As of the summer, WWE were reportedly interested in bringing in Marq Quen and Isiah Kassidy if Private Party became free agents.
