Marq Quen of Private Party is set to be on the shelf for some time, it has been revealed.
It was announced on the April 2 episode of AEW Collision by Isiah Kassidy that his Private Party tag team partner was "out", and Fightful Select has reported that it was implied to them that Quen has suffered some sort of tear, with it being claimed that Quen will miss "some significant time."
Private Party last wrestled on the March 28 episode of AEW Collision when the tag team lost to Jon Moxley and Daniel Garcia of the Death Riders. That particular episode of Collision also saw Kyle Fletcher suffer a suspected meniscus injury that will keep the TNT Champion sidelined for some time.
The injury to Marq Quen comes just a few months after Private Party returned to AEW TV following a one-year absence on the February 11 episode of Dynamite. The tag team had only wrestled three matches before Quen's injury.
Private Party are AEW originals and have been a part of the promotion since 2019. They had an 84-day reign as AEW World Tag Team Champions between October 2024 and January 2025.
