Jordynne Grace Confirms Injury

It is bad luck for Jordynne Grace as we inch closer to WrestleMania 42, as she has confirmed that she picked up an injury this week. Grace took to social media, posting an image of her sitting in Chelsea Green’s wheelchair backstage with the caption, ‘Well, at least there was already a wheelchair waiting.’

Grace subsequently continued posting to social media, with one of the posts showing her taking a very awkward landing during her match on WWE Main Event against Alba Fyre in which it is clear to see Grace’s ankle buckling under the pressure of a landing. Grace noted in the post that her ankle ‘glitched’. Her most recent post sees her wearing a boot and playing outside with a dog. 

The former TNA Knockouts World Champion didn’t reveal the severity of her injury or how long she’ll be out of action, though her fairly positive outlook on the injury is likely a positive sign. Grace did not have a match booked yet for WrestleMania 42, and it is unknown whether or not she will miss the show. WWE has had bad luck when it comes to injuries in recent months, with the likes of Chelsea Green also picking up an ankle injury, Xavier Woods experiencing some shoulder issues, and both members of The Vision Bronson Reed & Bron Breakker requiring surgery.
