How The Rascalz Were Able To Keep Their Entrance Music After Signing With AEW

The Rascalz are officially ‘All Elite’ after the trio of Dezmods Xavier, Zachary Wentz, and Myron Reed swapped TNA for AEW, with the group keeping their presentation after the switch.

Although Trey Miguel could not join the rest of the group in signing with All Elite Wrestling, the core of The Rascalz has remained intact, including their entrance music. As for how AEW kept The Rascalz theme as is, Fightful Select have revealed that their theme music was part of a music library AEW were already paying to license.

Some fans had speculated if AEW had purchased the rights from TNA, but it seems they were able to sort the music without any additional costs. A similar situation arose when The Hardys reunited in AEW in 2022, with their classic WWE theme being a library track and not an original Jim Johnstone composition.

The Rascalz are thus far undefeated in AEW after three matches, with their latest bout seeing the duo of Xavier and Wentz defeating AEW World Tag team Champions FTR in a title eliminator match to earn a future shot at the belts.
