How Long Liv Morgan Will Be Off WWE TV Revealed

Liv Morgan was written off WWE TV on the April 28 edition of Monday Night Raw as it was revealed in a backstage segment that she needed time off to film a "major Hollywood movie."

It has since been revealed that Morgan has been cast in Takashi Miike’s upcoming Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. The movie will also feature Godzilla vs. Kong's Shun Oguri, as well as Lily James. Morgan will play a politician's daughter who has disappeared.

PWInsider has reported that Morgan is believed to already be in Japan to film the movie, with filming scheduled to take place over the next few weeks. Morgan won't be gone from WWE programming for too long, however, and it is believed she will be back "within a month or so, if not sooner."

Morgan is currently one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions with her Judgment Day stablemate Raquel Rodriguez, having regained the belts from Becky Lynch and Lyra Valkyria on the Raw after WrestleMania 41, becoming four-time champions in the process. PWInsider noted there are no plans in place to strip Morgan and Rodriguez of the titles over Morgan's acting commitments.
