Adam Cole sad at All In

All In Texas saw a tearful Adam Cole relinquish the TNT Championship as he was not cleared to compete, with it believed Cole has suffered a concussion.

Tony Khan made the decision to pull Cole from All In hours before the show took place after Cole had complained of feeling unwell. A report from Fightful Select suggests that the multi-time ROH World Champion is suffering from concussion issues, with it believed Cole suffered the injury in the week leading up to All In.

The only match Cole wrestled in that timeframe was a six-man tag alongside Paragon teammates Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly against the Don Callis Family team of Kyle Fletcher, Trent Beretta, and Rocky Romero. Earlier reports suggested Cole could have suffered the injury after taking a lariat from Fletcher during the match.

Cole suggested at All In that retirement is not off the cards, with this injury the latest in a long line for Cole since he joined All Elite Wrestling at All Out 2021. After the title was vacated, Dustin Rhodes went on to defeat Fletcher, Daniel Garcia, and Sammy Guevara in four-way action to lift the title.
