The pro wrestling world has descended upon Las Vegas, Nevada for WrestleMania 42, with a whole host of independent wrestling shows and WrestleMania taking place in Sin City between Wednesday, April 15 and Sunday, April 19.

WWE are holding a number of their own events ahead of WrestleMania, including the WWE World convention, with wrestlers already in Las Vegas for the festivities.

There have been some concerns amongst WWE talent at the company hotel, however, PWInsider has reported. There was no additional security at the talent hotel on Wednesday night beyond the hotel's usual security team. As the hotel is part of a major casino, though, there was no way to restrict fans, which resulted in tons of fans waiting in the hotel lobby, while others were camped out by elevators. Those fans reportedly "mobbed" everyone from WWE they encountered to try and get autographs and photos, including referees.

The hope from talent was there would be additional measures introduced on Thursday, but it is unknown if that happened.

Talent being mobbed while travelling for WWE shows has been at the centre of controversy in recent years, with resellers often camping out at airports when wrestlers are arriving for WWE events to try and get them to autograph objects.
