WWE Still Set To Air Worlds Collide Against AEW PAC Tribute

WWE are seemingly set to air Worlds Collide against AEW’s PAC tribute edition of Dynamite on September 30.

The WWE x AAA supershow was recorded on September 26 in Chicago, IL - running against AEW All Out which also took place in Chicago - but the choice was made to not air the show live, with it subsequently saved for a streaming premiere on Wednesday September 30 on YouTube.

In the time between the show and the air date, the wrestling world has bid goodbye to All Elite Wrestling star PAC after the untimely death of The Death Rider on September 27. AEW subsequently announced plans to run a PAC tribute edition of Dynamite on September 30, with many hoping WWE would make the call to move the broadcast of Worlds Collide. However, per a report from PWInsider, plans are for Worlds Collide to still run opposite Dynamite, airing at 7pm ET - one hour prior to the start of Dynamite.

Things can obviously change before then. Fan sentiment online is overwhelmingly against the idea of WWE airing against Dynamite, especially with WWE airing an in memoriam segment to PAC - fka Neville in WWE. Indeed, a report from Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Live states that an overwhelming number within WWE are against airing Worlds Collide opposite Dynamite.
