A rising star on the United States independent wrestling scene has put pen to paper on a contract with WWE.
BodySlam has reported that Nikki Blackheart has signed with WWE and she is expected to report to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida at some point in the near future. Blackheart's signing comes after she took part in WWE tryouts in February and impressed company officials, which resulted in WWE moving quickly to sign her.
Hailing from the Dominican Republic, Nikki Blackheart was trained at Florida's Coastal Championship Wrestling and she is the reigning CCW Women's Champion. Blackheart was also the MPX Women's Champion until she lost the belt to Priscilla Kelly on Saturday, March 7.
Since making her debut in 2024, Blackheart has faced the likes of Harley Cameron, Abadon, and Aleah James.
Nikki Blackheart's signing has yet to be made official, but WWE did announce four new signings on Wednesday in Ahmed Essam, Delia Schweizer, Ellen B. Akesson, and Rayne Leverkusen. Other WWE signings in 2026 include Matt Cardona, Fahd Tuwaiq, Danhausen, and Royce Keys.
