WWE In Talks With Tom Brady

There are "ongoing conversations" between WWE and Tom Brady, according to TMZ, although it is unknown if the legendary NFL quarterback will end up wrestling in the company.

The talks come amid an angle between Tom Brady and Logan Paul over the past weekend which saw Brady slap the WWE wrestler at Fanatics Fest. Brady and Paul, instead of watching the football, spent time flipping each other off during the World Cup final on Sunday.

WWE and Tom Brady first held informal talks in 2025 and those conversations resumed earlier this year over a possible WrestleMania 42 appearance that ultimately didn't happen. This was the reason for Brady repeatedly insulting pro wrestling in early 2026 and a brief confrontation between Brady and Logan Paul at the Fanatics Flag Football Classic in March. WWE even worked on Tom Brady merchandise, including merch with 'T-Bone' and 'The Untouchable Tom Brady' as monikers. 

Tom Brady has links to companies close to WWE, including Fanatics, who have been WWE's merchandise partner since 2022. Brady is also a minority owner of the Las Vegas Raiders, as is TKO CEO Ari Emanuel, and the home of the Raiders, Allegiant Stadium, hosted both WrestleMania 41 and WrestleMania 42.
