A new free agent is reportedly attracting interest from All Elite Wrestling and WWE.

Fightful Select has reported that Colby Corino is free to sign anywhere after his contract with the National Wrestling Alliance expired. BodySlam has claimed that both WWE and AEW inquired about the 29-year-old's contract status and his impending free agency. Corino may still end up remaining with the NWA, though, as the two sides are reportedly in talks over a new deal.

WWE were previously interested in Colby Corino, and he actually reached a verbal agreement to sign with the organisation in 2023, but the deal fell through following a background check. Colby is the son of WWE producer and indy wrestling legend Steve Corino.

Colby Corino has wrestled for the NWA across multiple runs since 2019 and he is a former NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion.

Corino regularly performed for Juggalo Championship Wrestling, Appalachian Mountain Wrestling, and DEADLOCK Pro Wrestling in 2025 prior to undergoing emergency surgery on his neck and spine in the summer. A GoFundMe to aid Corino in his recovery raised over $20,000.
