While not elaborating further, Stephanie McMahon has described her father Vince McMahon as his own "biggest nemesis."

During a discussion with WWE President Nick Khan on her What's Your Story podcast, Stephanie initially gave credit to her father for surviving an abusive environment as a child.

"His mindset was, if he could survive, he won. So just surviving was winning and still is winning for him today. And I don't know how you can ever beat someone at the end of the day if all they need to do is survive to win," McMahon said.

Nick Khan then added: "So all credit to him. I only have admiration for him. As Paul said - Triple H said - at his Hall of Fame speech, family's complicated. And, you know, obviously, we don't need to get into any of that. But in terms of business, that guy's an empire builder."

Stephanie didn't discuss how family is complicated, but she did acknowledge her father is "probably his biggest nemesis."

"Absolutely he is [an empire builder]. And no one can take that away from him, no matter what, including himself, who is probably his biggest nemesis - is himself," Stephanie added.

There is no word on what the current relationship is like between Stephanie McMahon and Vince McMahon. She did oppose his return to WWE in January 2023, resigning from the company after Vince forced his way back into WWE.

Vince McMahon has since been accused of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse by former WWE employee Janel Grant. The former WWE Chairman has also been accused of negligence in a lawsuit filed by former WWE ring boys related to alleged sexual abuse carried about by Mel Phillips.

Despite his current legal issues, reportedly the expectation amongst several executives in combat sports and professional wrestling is Vince McMahon will eventually return to pro wrestling.
