Update On Nikki Bella's Status For WWE Evolution

Nikki Bella returned to WWE programming last month, kickstarting a program with Liv Morgan. WWE’s plans indicated either a singles match between the two women at Evolution 2025, or else a WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match putting The Bella Twins against Liv Morgan & Raquel Rodriguez. However, Morgan suffered an ill-timed injury, ruling her out of the show, leading to WWE “ripping up plans” for the PLE card. 

Bella has yet to resurface on WWE programming as Morgan underwent surgery, with her status for the Evolution show up in the air. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, despite not yet being announced for a match or for the show in general, Nikki Bella is still planned to be on the show. 

WWE have announced more matches for Evolution in recent days, such as a WWE Women’s Title match between Tiffany Stratton and Trish Stratus and a No Holds Barred bout between Naomi and Jade Cargill. Bella could very well factor into the number one contenders Battle Royal, which has been announced. Recent reports suggested that there is an internal favourite for this bout.
