TNA Wrestling presented their second pay-per-view of 2025 on Sunday, April 27 as Rebellion emanated from the Galen Center in Los Angeles, California.

The show featured a triple main event billing of Joe Hendry vs. Frankie Kazarian vs. Ethan Page for the TNA World Championship, The Hardys vs. The Nemeths for the TNA World Tag Team Titles, and Masha Slamovich vs. Tessa Blanchard for the TNA Knockouts World Championship.

FULL RESULTS:

Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne, Fallon Henley & Jazmyn Nyx) def. Xia Brookside, Rosemary & Lei Ying Lee - Countdown To Rebellion

The opening match of the TNA Rebellion 2025 pre-show saw an inter-promotional clash between TNA and WWE NXT. The TNA talents jumped Fatal Influence before the bell and allowed the babyface trio to dominate in the early going as Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee worked over Fallon Henley. Fatal Influence then wanted nothing to do with Rosemary, taking turns tagging out before Rosemary bit Henley on the top of the head.

Shortly after, Jacy Jayne blind tagged into the match which allowed Fatal Influence to switch momentum and take control, working over Rosemary as the Galen Center filled with "TNA!" chants. The NXT team had the match won following a knee strike from Jayne but Lee and Brookside broke up the pin.

Rosemary managed to make the hot tag to Lei Ying Lee and they quickly isolated Jacy Jayne until Jazmyn Nyx and Fallon Henley saved Jayne from Rosemary's mist. This led to Lee taking out Nyx and Jayne with a Rolling Senton to the floor before Brookside hit a Crossbody to the floor to wipe out the NXT talents only moments after they made it back to their feet.

Soon after, Rosemary placed brass knuckles across Xia Brookside's fingers, but Brookside threw them back to Rosemary. This proved to be the TNA trio's downfall as Jayne pushed Brookside into Rosemary and followed up with a Discus Lariat to Brookside for the pinfall win.

A change was made to The Rascalz & Ace Austin vs. The System as Moose announced that JDC would be unable to make the show because of travel issues, so the current X-Division Champion would be working double duty. Cody Deaner offered to team with The System due to his TNA contract expiring but they turned him down.

Elijah def. Shane Haste - Walk With Elijah Open Challenge - Countdown To Rebellion

After singing a babyface song about the Houston Astros and the sign-stealing scandal and how much he loves LA, Elijah just fully broke into singing 'Under the Bridge' by Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Elijah's open challenge was then answered by TMDK's Shane Haste, which means we've had TNA, WWE, and NJPW talents already at Rebellion.

Elijah dominated the opening moments but Shane Haste took control after Old School from the former Elias until Elijah fired back with a Powerbomb for a near fall. Shane Haste then scored his own near fall following a Penalty Kick.

Haste went for a Lariat soon after, but Elijah caught him with a Jumping Knee and Tombstone Piledriver for the win.

Moose (c) def. Leon Slater, El Hijo del Vikingo, Sidney Akeem, KC Navarro & Matt Cardona - Ultimate X Match for X-Division Championship

All the high flyers immediately went after the X-Division Title, only to be chopped down with steel chair shots from Matt Cardona and Moose. Each wrestler was then given time to shine, including Leon Slater hitting a Hurricanrana to Moose on the ramp before Vikingo wiped out Slater with a Senton through the middle rope to the floor. Sidney Akeem then got the crowd on their feet with a Moonsault from the top rope to the floor to take out everyone in the match. Akeem tried to win but was promptly grabbed by Moose and thrown to the floor to take out the other competitors.

Moose, instead of climbing himself due to his fear of heights, ordered Alisha Edwards to scale Ultimate X. She came close to winning before suddenly falling into Moose's arms. They were then taken out by Leon Slater.

KC Navarro, Matt Cardona, and Sidney Akeem all tried and failed to grab the X-Division Championship next, during which Akeem decked Moose with a Senton from the Ultimate X ropes. Vikingo then continued to impress with a Canadian Destroyer to Akeem on the apron. The former AAA Mega Champion looked set to win, but interference from AJ Francis laid out Vikingo. Francis then walked Navarro to the championship, only to be wiped out with Lights Out by Moose. Cardona then took out Moose with Radio Silence.

This left Leon Slater all alone in the ring and he had the choice between winning the belt and taking out his opponents from the top of one of the steel beams. Slater chose the latter and had a horrific landing as he hit his Swanton 450 to the floor, but nobody caught him while they all fell down. Somehow, Slater was fine, and he proceeded to climb along Ultimate X and retrieve the title.

The NORTH Wrestling Champion still had to drop to the mat, though. The plan clearly was for Slater to be speared in mid-air by Moose, but that isn't exactly what happened, as both of Leon's feet hit the floor before Moose caught him with the Spear. This should have meant Slater won the belt, but the referee instead declared Moose as the winner and he retained the X-Division Championship. The announcers covered for the awkward ending by declaring the referee's decision was final.

Ash By Elegance & Heather By Elegance (c) def. Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson, Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat), & Gigi Dolin & Tatum Paxley - TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships

The early action primarily involved Spitfire vs. Tatum Paxley & Gigi Dolin until Ash By Elegance pulled Dani Luna out of the ring. This led to Gigi Dolin hitting a Moonsault to the outside and Lash Legend throwing Heather By Elegance to wipe out the rest of the field. The Meta Girls then almost crashed and burned as Jakara Jackson dived to the floor from Legend's shoulders and just about got enough distance on the dive to land on her opponents.

Every team enjoyed time on top soon after as the action devolved into chaos. We had two tower of doom spots at the same time, but Maggie Lee made the save for Ash By Elegance behind the referee's back, allowing everyone else to be taken out except the former Dana Brooke. This led to Rarefied Air from Ash to Jody Threat for the successful title defence.

The Rascalz (Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz) & Ace Austin def. The System (Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers & Moose)

Moose had about 25 minutes to relax before making his way to the ring for the X-Division Champion's second match of the night, replacing JDC due to travel issues for the former Fandango. Sean Waltman joined The Rascalz and Ace Austin at ringside.

It didn't take long for The System to take control and they spent several minutes working over Trey Miguel, which included Moose choking Trey with a belt behind the referee's back. Eventually, Trey made the tag and Zachary Wentz ran wild before Ace and Trey connected with the Lightning Spiral-Fold combination to Moose followed by a Spiral Tap by Zachary Wentz. That looked to be it, but Myers and Edwards broke up the pin.

The babyfaces remained on top with a Fameasser from Austin, who was in Billy Gunn Ass Man gear. Alisha Edwards then interfered and ate an X-Factor from Waltman for her trouble. This led to crotch chops and Bronco Busters from all the babyfaces as the referee missed Waltman taking out Moose.

When Moose recovered, he went for a Spear but ran straight into an X-Factor from Wentz. The former Nash Carter then pinned Moose following the UFO Cutter.

Steve Maclin (c) def. Eric Young - TNA International Championship

Steve Maclin spent the opening minutes trying and failing to take out Judas Icarus and Travis Williams, who were on the outside to assist Eric Young. Eventually, the referee had enough and ejected Sinner & Saint, and Maclin tried to capitalise with a Spear in the corner, but EY moved out of the way, which led to Maclin flying through the ropes and crashing to the floor below.

Eric Young didn't really follow up, though, and Maclin picked up where he left off, eating a Spear while hanging in a Tree of Woe in the corner. Maclin tried to hit an avalanche KIA but EY blocked it and fired back with a Flying Elbow, only for a near fall.

Young took out his frustration on the official, teasing punching her. This only allowed Maclin to recover and the action spilt to the apron which led to an Air Raid Crash on the apron from Young. Young put his feet on the ropes back in the ring on a pin attempt, but Maclin managed to kick out.

The champion fired up with a Busaiku Knee. His KIA attempt was blocked but Maclin managed to reverse a Sunset Flip from Young into a pin for the win. Maclin had no time to celebrate, though, as Sinner & Saint immediately interfered and the heel trio proceeded to choke Maclin with a chain after throwing him over the ropes. The Maclin vs. EY feud looks set to continue.

Mike Santana def. Mustafa Ali - Falls Count Anywhere

It took no time at all for the action to spill to the outside and Mustafa Ali bounced Mike Santana's head off the steel steps. Ali then crashed and burned, though, missing Santana on a Suicide Dive and smashing his head straight off the steps. Ali kicked out of a pin and tried to escape but Santana took him out with an Axehandle from the stage before Santana drilled him with a bucket of popcorn and hit a Moonsault from the railing.

Mustafa Ali managed to fight back into the match after his secret service got involved and Ali followed up with a Crossbody from a railing to take out his bodyguards and Santana. The action headed back to ringside and Ali drilled Santana with a steel chair shot before Coast to Coast on the apron.

Later, after a great fast-paced sequence which ended with Santana throwing a sprinting Ali into the turnbuckle, Santana set up for his finisher but was attacked by Jason Hotch and John Skyler. This led to Ali putting Santana through a table with a 450 Splash. The fans inside the Galen Center thought that was it but Santana kicked out at two. Skyler and Hotch remained involved, but Santana took them out with Double Rolling Block 50s after they tried to handcuff him to the ropes. Santana instead handcuffed Skyler and Hotch and he tried to hit them with a barbed wire bat but he ran straight into a Neckbreaker from Ali.

Santana fired back with a Spanish Fly as Tasha Steelz was the latest person to interfere on the side of Ali, breaking up the pin. Santana blocked a Steelz slap and proceeded to put her through a table on the outside with a Sit-Out Powerbomb. The action headed back to the ring soon after with another table in the squared circle as Santana hit a Superplex from steel steps through the table. The fans in Los Angeles thought that was it, but Ali kicked out at the very last moment.

Ali retrieved the barbed wire bat and smashed it into Santana's head, drawing blood. Santana simply stood up, though, caught the bat, and hit Spin the Block for the win.

Ahead of the next match, it was announced that Indi Hartwell had signed with TNA Wrestling.

Masha Slamovich (c) def. Tessa Blanchard - TNA Knockouts World Championship

Masha Slamovich immediately took out Blanchard with a Suicide Dive but Blanchard soon took control as there were sporadic "She's a racist" chants. Outside of the odd Slamovich flurry, Blanchard remained on top, dominating the action against the Knockouts World Champion.

The crowd weren't particularly interested in the match, chanting "Let's go Cena, Cena Sucks" among other chants. After over 10 minutes of dominance, Blanchard eventually connected with Buzzaw, but Slamovich managed to kick out. Slamovich fired back with an Avalanche Death Valley Driver and Busaiku Knee, only for a near fall. Slamovich, after so much punishment, then locked in a Fujiwara Armbar. That was enough for the win as Blanchard tapped out.

The Nemeths (Nic Nemeth & Ryan Nemeth) def. The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) (c) - TNA World Tag Team Championships

The Hardys reclaimed the tag team title belts before the bell, taking them back from The Nemeths who had stolen them from the Hardy Compound on Thursday's episode of IMPACT.

The action was dominated by Matt and Jeff Hardy in the early going, much to the delight of the fans inside the Galen Center. That changed when Nic Nemeth caught Jeff Hardy and The Nemeths proceeded to work over the Charismatic Enigma. Jeff made the hot tag to Matt and he ran wild, scoring a near fall on Ryan Nemeth following a Side Effect. The Twist of Fate was blocked, though, and a distraction on the ref allowed Nic to attack Matt as The Nemeths took control once again, this time working over Matt.

Jeff ran wild next following a hot tag and Hardy had a near fall following Whisper in the Wind to Nic. Jeff then connected with a Twist of Fate but Ryan Nemeth broke up the pin. Blood Twist and Splash from Jeff led to another close call for the challengers. Matt grapped with Ryan Nemeth on the floor as Nic hit Jeff with a Fameasser, with Jeff kicking out at 2.9 as the crowd rallied behind The Hardys.

Jeff blocked a Superkick and the champion combined for Poetry in Motion before a Side Effect from Mat and Splash from Jeff. The champions had the match won but Matt accidentally stood over the ref, delaying her count, and allowing Nic Nemeth to kick out. The Hardys remained on top, with another Twist of Fate from Matt, but Ryan blocked the Swanton Bomb from Jeff.

This show continued to prove that TNA referees are the blindest in the business as Ryan dropped Matt on a steel chair on the outside. Nic, with the referee not looking again, decked Jeff with a Low Blow and followed up with Danger Zone. Ryan then tagged in for the pinfall win.

Joe Hendry (c) def. Ethan Page & Frankie Kazarian - Three-Way for the TNA World Championship

Joe Hendry's match with Randy Orton at WrestleMania 41 - despite criticism that it was a glorified squash - only made him a bigger deal at Rebellion as he was over like rover, with the fans in Los Angeles popping for everything Hendry did.

The TNA World Champion was on top in the opening moments, which included some sort of dive over the top rope to the outside to take out Ethan Page and Frankie Kazarian. The challengers soon fought back into the match, though, and Kazarian had a double pin on Page and Hendry, but they both managed to kick out. Hendry then escaped a Guillotine from Page with a Suplex but they both received a Leg Drop from Kazarian for daring to lie next to each other.

A Tower of Doom saw Hendry on top soon after but the TNA World Champion was unable to score the win as Kazarian got his shoulder up. Kazaran fought back with a Guillotine Leg Drop to Hendry but he crashed and burned against Page, being thrown into the time keeper and through a table by All Ego after he went for a Spear. Page then set up for Ego's Edge through a table to Hendry, but Frankie decked Ethan with his Call Your Shot trophy.

Back in the ring, Kazarian mocked Hendry and hit Fade to Black but Page broke up the pin. Frankie hit a Backstabber to Page but he jumped straight into a Codebreaker from All Ego moments later. Hendry then recovered and hit an Olympic Slam but it was only enough for two. Kazarian then hit Angel's Wings, paying homage to his close friend Christopher Daniels, but Hendry kicked out to leave all three men down.

Kazarian locked in the Chicken Wing on Hendry but the world champ hulked up and put Kaz through a table on the outside with an Attitude Adjustment. Page used the title belt back in the ring, hitting a Cutter to Hendry, but Joe kicked out. Page went for Ego's Edge but ran straight into a Freak of Nature Fallaway Slam. One Standing Ovation to Page later and Hendry was still TNA World Champion.

Hendry couldn't celebrate for long, however, as he was attacked by Trick Williams after the match, being laid out with multiple Trick Shots. The fans chanted "Whoop that Trick" as Williams stood tall as Rebellion faded to black.
