TNA could be set to add a standout on the independent wrestling scene to their roster.
Fightful Select has reported that TNA have had conversations with Bear Bronson and the promotion are interested in him working the upcoming tapings in El Paso, Texas. People within TNA are hopeful Bronson will sign with the company if talks go well.
TNA will hold Final Resolution in El Paso on December 5 before two days of IMPACT tapings on December 6 and December 7 to conclude their 2025 schedule.
Bear Bronson was previously a part of All Elite Wrestling from December 2020 until his deal expired on May 31, 2025. Bronson was one-half of Bear Country/The Iron Savages with Bear Boulder (real name Thomas 'Tommy' Wansaw), but Bronson severed ties with his tag team partner after Wansaw was arrested for battery by strangulation in January 2025. The charges against Wansaw were later dropped at the victim in the domestic violence case's request.
Bear Country primarily operated as enhancement talents in AEW to the point they were told that AEW management simply saw them as an enhancement team and there was no opportunity to rise up the card.
Bear Bronson has been active on the independent wrestling scene throughout 2025, working 89 matches across several promotions, including Beyond Wrestling, GCW, ICW No Holds Barred, and C4.
Should Bronson not join TNA, he could find a way back to AEW, as an All Elite Wrestling source noted to Fightful they were interested in possibly bringing him back.
