New matches set to be announced for AEW Double or Nothing

Two new matches will be made official for All Elite Wrestling's Double or Nothing pay-per-view on Saturday night's special Beach Break edition of AEW Collision. Collision was taped from the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois following Dynamite on Wednesday night.

FTR challenged Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia to a tag team match on Dynamite Beach Break. McGuinness was on commentary for Collision and he accepted FTR's challenge from the announce table, with it being officially announced that it will be FTR vs. Nigel McGuinness and Daniel Garcia at Double or Nothing.

A number one contender's match also took place on Collision Beach Break which saw The Sons of Texas of Sammy Guevara and Dustin Rhodes defeat The CRU (Lio Rush and Action Andretti). The Sons of Texas will challenge The Hurt Syndicate for the AEW World Tag Team Championships at Double or Nothing.

AEW Double or Nothing will emanate from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona on Sunday, May 25. The finals of the Owen Hart Foundation tournaments will take place at the show, as will Toni Storm vs. Mina Shirakawa for the AEW Women's World Title and Anarchy in the Arena, among other matches.
