TNA have several deals expiring in late 2026 and one of those contracts is that of former X-Division Champion Mustafa Ali.

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp has reported that Mustafa Ali's deal with TNA is due to expire at the end of 2026. The expectation is TNA will want to re-sign Ali and the company will likely make him an offer to put pen to paper on a contract extension, with Ali also said to be highly regarded in TNA.

Mustafa Ali is currently in his second run with TNA Wrestling, having debuted for the promotion in January 2024 shortly after his release from WWE. Ali won the X-Division Championship in his TNA in-ring debut and he remained champion until dropping the belt to "Speedball" Mike Bailey at Slammiversary 2024. Ali departed TNA one week later but returned to the company at the beginning of 2025.

Mustafa Ali has been one of TNA's top stars since then and he signed a contract extension in January 2026. Ali was the leader of Order 4, the faction that also included Jason Hotch, John Skyler, Tasha Steelz, and Special Agent 0. The stable elevated all of the members, particularly Jason Hotch, who had been in a feud with Mustafa Ali over the International Championship for the past several months. That programme came to an end on the October 22 episode of Thursday Night IMPACT when Hotch defeated Ali in a Two-out-of-Three Falls Match to retain the TNA International Title.
