Mick Foley could be set to make an appearance for All Elite Wrestling at some point in the future.

The Takedown on SI has reported that AEW have expressed "real" interest in working with Mick Foley in 2026. How AEW would utilise the pro wrestling legend is unknown but one source noted they would not be surprised if there was a push for Foley to appear at Double or Nothing if a deal could be done. Beyond an initial inquiry, it is also unknown how deep conversations between AEW and Mick Foley have been.

There were previous plans in place for Mick Foley to wrestle in All Elite Wrestling for one final match around his 60th birthday in June 2025. MJF mapped out a six-week programme with Foley for his last match, but Mankind/Cactus Jack/Dude Love scrapped any plans to end his in-ring retirement after he suffered what was believed to be a concussion while training in 2024.

Mick Foley is signed to a WWE Legends deal but his contract will expire in June, with Foley announcing in December that he would be severing his ties with WWE due to the company's close links to Donald Trump.

Mick Foley has never made an appearance for All Elite Wrestling. He has not wrestled since the 2012 WWE Royal Rumble match and he hasn't worked a singles contest since a Last Man Standing match against Ric Flair on a 2010 episode of TNA IMPACT.
