Real Reason For Cryptic WWE Teases Revealed

WWE have posted a series of teasers on social media since Sunday morning, often making the posts at unusual times, including one of Brock Lesnar walking while wearing cowboy boots and jeans during the early hours of Monday morning.

Further teasers appeared on Monday evening, including one of Triple H pouring a drink, while a spinning red poker chip with '2026' on it was shown in a brief clip on Monday Night Raw.

While there was speculation the teasers could be related to a returning wrestler, such as Santos Escobar, or a new version of The Vision forming with Brock Lesnar, reports from PWInsider, WrestleVotes and Fightful Select have noted the teasers are instead simply promotional materials for WrestleMania 42.

The likes of Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, and Roman Reigns have all been at WWE HQ over the last week to film promotional materials for WrestleMania, with Fightful noting that Lesnar flew in private to film the vignette.

WrestleMania will take place in Las Vegas for the second year in a row in 2026, with the show scheduled to emanate from Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19.
