Potential WWE WrestleMania 42 Opponents For Stephanie Vaquer Revealed

Stephanie Vaquer is in line for a major match at WWE WrestleMania 42.

According to BodySlam, WWE have already been discussing Vaquer's plans for WrestleMania and Rhea Ripley and Becky Lynch have been considered as potential opponents for the Women's World Champion at WWE's biggest show of 2026.

Those plans may change by the time April 2026 rolls around, but Stephanie Vaquer vs. Rhea Ripley or Stephanie Vaquer vs. Becky Lynch have at least been discussed.

Stephanie Vaquer signed with WWE in July 2024 and she quickly cemented herself as one of the most popular talents on the roster, particularly through her Devil's Kiss move. Vaquer's popularity led to a quick push, and she had reigns with the NXT Women's North American Championship and NXT Women's Title prior to moving to the main roster in May 2025.

Vaquer won the Women's World Championship at Wrestlepalooza, defeating IYO SKY to capture the vacant title.

WrestleMania 42 will be held in Las Vegas for the second year in a row. The show will air from Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19, 2026.
