WrestleMania 42 has already been announced for Las Vegas, Nevada, but WWE's biggest show of the year may be leaving North America for the first time in 2027.

The chairman of Saudi Arabia's General Entertainment Authority Turki Alalshikh recently noted on X/Twitter that a "huge entertainment event" taking place in Saudi Arabia in 2027 would be announced soon, with Alalshikh teasing it could be WrestleMania. It has not been confirmed if the show is WrestleMania, but Dave Meltzer reported in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that people in Saudi Arabia believe the event will be WrestleMania, and there is a push for The Rock to headline the show.

The event may not be WrestleMania 43, however, as Meltzer noted there has also been talk of holding two WrestleManias in one year, similar to 2018 when the Royal Rumble took place in North America and the Greatest Royal Rumble emanated from Saudi Arabia. Reports back in May noted that a WrestleMania in the Middle East would be billed as 'Super WrestleMania'.

WWE and Saudi Arabia have been in a partnership since 2018 for two events per year in the Middle East. Their working relationship has expanded in recent years, though, and the 2026 Royal Rumble will be in Saudi Arabia this coming January.
