A new WWE signing has been officially revealed by Turki Alalshikh, the Chairman of the Saudi Arabia General Entertainment Authority.

Alalshikh, who allegedly has a prison wing at al-Ha’ir Prison named after his nickname of Tutu, announced on X/Twitter that Fahd Tuwaiq has been signed by WWE. Tuwaiq has a background in powerlifting and arm wrestling, and a video package for his signing revealed Tuwaiq has already been training at the WWE Performance Center.

"I want to make my country proud and I will do so in WWE," Tuwaiq said in a promo about his signing.

When exactly WWE signed Fahd Tuwaiq is unknown, but the company filed to trademark his ring name with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on December 5, 2025.

Tuwaiq is already connected to WWE through the Tuwaiq Mountain Trophy won by The Undertaker in February 2020 at Super ShowDown.

Tuwaiq's signing comes ahead of the 2026 Royal Rumble, which will take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday, January 31. Tuwaiq is WWE's second official signing of the year following Matt Cardona, but the company are also reportedly bringing in Powerhouse Hobbs and EVIL.
