Jack Perry won't be leaving All Elite Wrestling anytime soon as the 29-year-old has committed his future to the promotion, with it being announced during AEW Dynamite Beach Break that Jungle Jack had put pen to paper on a new deal.

Within a video package that ended with his contract signing, Perry explained why he re-signed with AEW:

"So much has happened since the beginning of all this. I've made some amazing friends, I’ve definitely made some enemies. I fell in love here. I feel like I've always seen people say, 'This guy has potential to be great. This guy has the potential to be the future.' And I can feel it, and probably the biggest fear in my life is that I won't live up to that. I want to be the best. I want to be the AEW World Champion. It's not enough to be here. I want to be the very best. AEW is where the future of professional wrestling is going to be decided. This is the place that I want to be the champion because this is where the very best in the world belong. And that's why I’m re-signing with AEW."

Jack Perry's re-signing ends a month-long saga about his future with the promotion, with it emerging in mid-June the former Jungle Boy's deal with All Elite Wrestling was expiring in the near future. It was noted on July 7 that Perry had not yet signed a new deal, but AEW CEO Tony Khan kept Perry on TV as his contract ticked down and Khan expressed confidence in signing Perry to a new deal ahead of the Forbidden Door pay-per-view.

Jack Perry has been a part of AEW since the beginning, signing in January 2019. He is a one-time AEW World Tag Team Champion with Luchasaurus as part of Jurassic Express, while Perry is also a one-time TNT Champion, one-time AEW National Champion, and one-time FTW Champion.
