How Long Leon Slater Has Left On His TNA Contract

20 year-old Leon Slater recently picked up a huge win in his TNA career, dethroning dominant champion Moose to become the brand new TNA X-Division Champion at Slammiversary 2025, before getting a rub from an AJ Styles cameo. More has been learned on his status with TNA and when he may be set to consider his future. 

Fightful Select are reporting that Leon Slater’s TNA deal runs until 2026, with his contract expiring at some point in the fall of next year. It was noted back in 2023 that Slater had signed a long-term deal with TNA, and this has now been learned to be a three-year contract. During his time signed, Slater has continued working independent dates in the UK, though Fightful’s Corey Brennan has learned that Slater is looking to move to the United States, which may play a role in what he decides to do contractually next year.

When speaking exclusively with Cultaholic, Slater revealed how long in advance he knew about his X-Division Championship win, and he also revealed what he was told by AJ Styles backstage after his title victory.
