Hall Of Famer Abdullah The Butcher Hospitalised

We are sending thoughts out to Abdullah The Butcher and his family as it has emerged that the WWE Hall Of Famer (Class Of 2011) has been hospitalized. The pro wrestling legend is currently 84 years of age. Word of his conditioning comes from pro wrestling booking agent Steve Stasiak, who took to social media to note that Abdullah was suffering from “serious health issues” and was in hospital.

Abdullah was a big attraction during the peak of his run due to his extreme and violent nature, though some of his legacy was tainted with accusations of him cutting an independent wrestler with a blade without consent, leading to an infection of Hepatitis C and a multi-million dollar settlement. There is no word on the exact health issues that Abdullah may be suffering from.
