Further details on the passing of Benjamin Satterley - AKA PAC - have been revealed in the police report about his passing.

PAC passed away on Sunday, September 27, just one day after he performed at All Elite Wrestling's All Out pay-per-view, with it being noted that Satterley was discovered around 4 pm local time slumped in his rental car outside of a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois, around 20 minutes from Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

In the police report about PAC's passing obtained by the New York Post, it was noted that Satterley had saliva on the front of his shirt. Undisclosed medications were found in the vehicle and a search of Satterley's pockets and backpack did not result in any notable findings.

When police were investigating the vehicle, an officer noticed Google Maps was still open on PAC's mobile phone directing him to O'Hare Airport. An officer answered a call on PAC's phone and a woman on the other line noted they knew PAC and had last spoken to him at 1:20 pm local time when the wrestler explained he was going to CAVA for lunch. It was also relayed to the officer during the phone call that PAC was heading to the airport to travel back to the United Kingdom but his flight had been delayed.

An official cause of death is pending "additional testing" following an initial autopsy at the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office.

The pro wrestling world has paid tribute to PAC since his passing, which included the post-All Out edition of AEW Dynamite being held in Benjamin Satterley's memory. A memorial to PAC in his hometown of Newcastle upon Tyne at Grey's Monument was still in place as of the morning of October 6.
