Neither Elio LeFleur nor Lexis King were in action on the March 24 episode of WWE NXT due to injuries they sustained over the weekend.
An eight-man tag team match of The Birth Right (Lexis King, Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo, Charlie Dempsey and Urian Connors) against Elio LeFleur, Kale Dixon, Tavion Heights, and Eli Knight took place at NXT's house show in Lakeland, Florida on March 20.
The match was stopped and ruled a no-contest, however, following injuries to King and LeFleur. The former Brian Pillman Jr. received a knee to the face which rocked him, while LeFleur suffered an arm injury during a turnbuckle spot. This resulted in the 'X' being thrown up by the referee and the match being waved off.
On the March 24 edition of NXT, Elio LeFleur and Eli Knight were attacked ahead of their scheduled tag team match against The Culling's Shawn Spears and Niko Vance. They were replaced by Los Americanos, who advanced in the NXT Tag Team Title number one contenders' tournament. It was then noted by Vic Joseph during the Gauntlet match for a shot at the NXT North American Championship that Lexis King was not cleared for in-ring action.
Fightful Select has reported that Elio LeFleur's arm had been in a sling due to the injury. The extent of the issue and how long he will be out of action is unknown. It was noted earlier this week that Lexis King was "feeling okay" following the possible concussion.
