Contract Expiring Soon For TNA Wrestler

It is very much contract season for TNA, with the last several months seeing more and more revelations of expiring deals from up and down the roster as the year draws to a close. For instance, the likes of Jessie McKay and Cassie Lee of The IIconics, Matt & Jeff Hardy of The Hardy Boyz, former TNA World Heavyweight Champion Mike Santana, Steve Maclin, Zachary Wentz, and AJ Francis have all been in the news when it comes to expiring contracts in and around the end of the year. Another new name has been added to that list.

Fightful Select have revealed that Jake Something is another wrestler in TNA who has a contract that is ticking down within the next couple of months. It is noted that the initial belief was that the 36-year-old’s contract ran through 2026 and into the summer (around June), though his deal actually expires sooner than expected. 

The report states that there is no current knowledge of talks between the two sides, though this does not necessarily mean that they aren’t happening or won’t happen, especially since TNA has plenty of contractual work to get through in the next few months.
