CM Punk has been one of the headline acts during WWE's recent European tours but the former World Heavyweight Champion seemingly won't be wrestling on WWE's next trip across the pond, at least not at house shows.
CM Punk had been featured heavily in promotional materials for WWE's upcoming European tour, but Punk is no longer being advertised for any of the house shows in Europe. WWE's latest European tour is set to begin on Thursday, May 28 with a house show in Liverpool, England and will continue, outside of a brief stop back in the United States from June 12 to June 19, until a final house show in Sheffield, England on Wednesday, June 24. Beyond England, WWE will head to Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, and Wales.
While Punk is not being advertised for the house shows, he is still listed as a 'featured Superstar' for the June 22 episode of Monday Night Raw from The O2 in London, England. Punk is also still advertised for the May 18, May 25, and June 15 editions of Raw taking place in the United States.
CM Punk has been absent from WWE programming since the Raw after WrestleMania 42 when a future match with Cody Rhodes over the Undisputed WWE Championship was set up. Punk was the betting favourite to be Danhausen's mystery partner at Backlash, but that ultimately didn't happen and Minihausen ended up tagging with Danhausen.
