Becky Lynch To Receive New Entrance Theme

Becky Lynch has had the same theme tune ever since her days in NXT, with the song surviving a move to the main roster, various babyface and heel turns, and the wrath of Def Rebel. However, it is reportedly finally time for the reigning Intercontinental Champion to receive a brand new anthem. 

Fightful Select has reported that Lynch will be debuting a brand new entrance theme imminently, and has also provided some details on the song itself. The Wonder Years band put together a new theme for Lynch a few months ago, with it being in the works for her to have it debuted on WWE programming. It will have lyrics and a “The Man Has Come Around” inserted into the intro. 

WWE’s usual theme song producer, Def Rebel, has received a whole lot of criticism over the last couple of years, so fans will be happy to know that Lynch managed to bypass them. It was reported several months ago that WWE were looking into transitioning into more mainstream artists following the expiry of Def Rebel’s deal with the promotion, with WWE being "very aware” of criticism, not to mention the talents’ reported frustration with music.
