Bayley's long-term future with WWE is currently up in the air, and the former WWE Women's Champion herself has helped fuel speculation that she may end up jumping ship to All Elite Wrestling.

Amidst her current hiatus from WWE TV, Bayley posted a training video on Instagram, during which she could be seen training with Mercedes Moné, and the video had a backing track of 'All In' by The Grouch & Eligh, while the caption to the video was, "All or nothing, baby."

WrestleVotes on Fightful Select has reported that the social media post from Bayley did not "land well with everyone" and it was viewed by some backstage in WWE as "eyebrow-raising." This comes after reports noted people within pro wrestling were "baffled by this whole thing."

Despite the All In tease, Bayley won't be wrestling at the All Elite Wrestling pay-per-view on August 30 as multiple reports have noted she is contracted beyond the end of August and her deal might not be up until January 2027, or even possibly later if injury time is added.

Bayley has yet to re-sign with WWE, although the 37-year-old is expected to have interest from both WWE and All Elite Wrestling. Mercedes Moné has teased Bayley may eventually be AEW-bound, posting a fake Mercedes Moné vs. Davina Rose poster on social media earlier this year.

Bayley has been absent from WWE TV since a post-match attack from Lyra Valkyria on the July 18 episode of Saturday Night's Main Event. It was noted following the show that Bayley "has a decision to make."
