Another New Japan Pro-Wrestling contract is nearing its expiration, hot on the heels of several other acts.

January is traditionally the time for contract expirations and renegotiations in NJPW, with Bullet Club War Dog Clark Connors the latest name whose contract is believed to be expiring in January 2026.

Per a report from Fightful, Connors is weighing up his options with the ‘Wild Rhino’ having been part of New Japan since 2018. In New japan, Connors is a two-time former IWGP Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champion alongside War Dogs partner Drilla Moloney.

Connors isn’t the only member of Bullet Club whose time in New japan could potentially be coming to an end, with current leader David Finlay also believed to be weighing up his options outside of the promotion ahead of his contract expiring in January 2026. Finlay has been with New Japan since 2015 and stands as a former IWGP Global Heavyweight Champion, NEVER Openweight Champion, NEVER Openweight Six-Man Champion, and IWGP Tag Team Champion.

Finlay’s father Fit Finlay is a long time backstage producer in WWE, whilst his brother Brogan currently competes as Uriah Connors in WWE NXT.
