Absent Star Potentially Returning At WWE Royal Rumble

One of the top stars in the WWE women's division could be set to return this coming weekend at the Royal Rumble.

According to PWInsider, there have been rumblings about Tiffany Stratton returning to storylines at the Royal Rumble on Saturday, January 31 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Stratton has been off WWE TV since she dropped the WWE Women's Championship to Jade Cargill on the November 1, 2025 episode of Saturday Night's Main Event. Reports have noted that Stratton was dealing with an injury, but she has been ready to return since at least mid-January and there are plans to feature Stratton prominently heading into WrestleMania 42.

There were worries about WWE potentially cutting back on surprises for the 2026 Royal Rumble due to the show taking place in Saudi Arabia, but Fightful Select has reported that WWE believe it will be easier to keep surprises secret this year due to surprise names travelling to the Middle East later in the week after WWE's chartered flight with much of the roster. There will also be more privacy for talents at the airport and hotels.
