WWE will be utilising Night of Champions as a pay-per-view once again later this year.
BodySlam has reported that Night of Champions is tentatively planned for June 27 in Saudi Arabia. It appears the show will be the first major event after Clash in Italy, which will air from Turin on Sunday, May 31.
WWE held the first Night of Champions pay-per-view in 2008, one year after it was originally used as a tagline for Vengeance 2007. WWE stopped running Night of Champions shows in 2015 before the name was revived in 2023.
WWE have since held two Night of Champions pay-per-views in Saudi Arabia, and the 2025 event featured the King of the Ring and Queen of the Ring tournaments, which were won by Cody Rhodes and Jade Cargill.
The belief is WWE will hold three pay-per-views in Saudi Arabia in 2026 due to only holding one major event in the Middle East in 2025. WWE and Saudi Arabia are currently locked in a multi-year relationship for the company to hold two major events in KSA every year.
WWE Royal Rumble 2026 has already taken place in Saudi Arabia this year. The kingdom will also controversially host WrestleMania 43 in 2027.
