WWE Possibly Holding WrestleMania 45 In New Orleans

It appears WWE will be holding WrestleMania 45 at the Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Fightful Select has reported that WWE have a hold on the New Orleans Superdome between March 12, 2029, and April 21, 2029, which suggests that WWE are looking to run WrestleMania 45 at the venue. It often takes around two weeks to set up the stage for WrestleMania, with the extended hold on the building likely to be because WWE have not finalised a date for WrestleMania 45.

Fightful noted that a spokesperson for WWE stated there was nothing final or to announce yet about WWE holding WrestleMania in New Orleans.

WrestleMania XXX and WrestleMania 34 previously took place at the Superdome in New Orleans. WrestleMania 42 was also originally scheduled for New Orleans before WWE decided to move the event to Las Vegas.

Another city owed a WrestleMania is Indianapolis, although it is unknown when WWE are planning to hold their biggest event of the year at Lucas Oil Stadium. WrestleMania 43 is set to take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which will be the first time the event has taken place outside of North America.
