WWE will hold the WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony tonight in Las Vegas, Nevada at 9 pm PT, with Stephanie McMahon, AJ Styles, Sid Vicious, Demolition, Bad News Brown, and Dennis Rodman set to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as part of the class of 2026.
While his daughter is receiving an induction into the WWE Hall of Fame, Vince McMahon is not expected to attend the ceremony, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select has reported.
It remains possible this could change at the last minute, but WWE were not planning for Vince McMahon to be in attendance, and no additional measures are in place to facilitate an appearance from the former WWE CEO.
Vince McMahon has not appeared on WWE programming since he resigned as TKO executive chairman in January 2024 after former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit accusing McMahon of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and physical and emotional abuse. McMahon has been referenced on WWE TV in recent weeks, however, including by Cody Rhodes in a segment with Stephanie McMahon, and by CM Punk in his latest pipe bomb promo on April 6.
In addition to Janel Grant's lawsuit, McMahon is a defendant in a lawsuit filed by multiple former WWE ring boys which alleges that McMahon and others were aware of the alleged sexual abuse carried out by Mel Phillips and other WWE employees against underage males but they did nothing to prevent or stop it. A shareholder lawsuit filed in November 2023 also alleges the WWE merger process was unfair and that Endeavor was preselected to assure Vince McMahon's future with WWE.
