Ring of Honor have seen a new champion crowned at the latest round of TV tapings.

SPOILERS AHEAD

ROH were in Palm Beach, Florida’s SoFi Center as part of the All Elite Wrestling Fairway to Hell event, and during the tapings a new champion was crowned with the ROH World Television Champion changing hands.

Champion Nick Wayne put the belt on the line against AR Fox, with the veteran Fox defeating ‘The Prodigy’ to lift the gold - his first championship since joining AEW/ROH in 2022. Post-match, Tony Khan sanctioned a championship clash between Fox and the erratic Lio Rush at the upcoming ROH Supercard of Honor event on May 15.

Fox becomes the 31st person to hold the ROH Television Championship since it was created in 2010, and the eighth champion since Tony Khan’s buyout of ROH in 2022.

As for Nick Wayne, he is set to wrestle in New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s upcoming Best of the Super Juniors, the second time in the prestigious tournament for Wayne after his 2025 debut.
